Who we're looking for:

  • Client Financial Services is looking for a passionate and consultative High-Volume Recruiter, Contract to support call center hiring in our Alpharetta, GA and Chandler, AZ locations.
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to provide full-cycle recruitment for high volume openings at Client , primarily in TFS call center locations. This person will successfully manage to set call center hiring plans/new hire class targets, as well as other roles at the centers, when call center classes are not active. They will manage to an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience, and standard high volume recruiter metrics.
  • These roles are hybrid in nature, with some days onsite and some working remotely.  Candidates should live within a commutable distance to our Alpharetta, GA and Chandler, AZ locations respectfully. 
     

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for supporting full cycle recruiting for high volume/call center hiring for TFS call centers, as well as support other center roles, when call center classes are not active
  • Successfully manage to call center hiring plans, backing up 8 weeks prior to the new hire start date.  Proactively identify roadblocks, when present, resolve them, ensure efficient recruiting process throughout.
  • Provide thorough, proactive, and transparent communication and excellent customer service to key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
  • Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers/teams, and provide recommendations and best practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process
  • Successfully manage to performance metrics for example: average hires per month, average time to offer/hire, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction, offer acceptance ratios, etc.
  • Understand the Client business model, organization, strategy, and drivers, and impart your knowledge of your client team functions in your conversations with candidates
  • Be a self-starter, able to learn quickly and work independently
  • Exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity to changing needs
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates are engaged communicated to proactively about the status of their application
  • Ensure compliance with Client policies and employment laws covering recruiting and hiring practices
  • Participate in various Talent Acquisition ad hoc project initiates
     

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or high school diploma and at least 5 years of equivalent experience
  • At least 2+ years of recruiting, high volume experience, supporting front lines/high volume/call center recruiting
  • At least 1+ years of hands-on experience recruiting in Workday Recruit
  • At least 1+ years of hands-on experience leveraging MS Teams, Slack, or other platform to manage shared information in the recruiting process
  • Experience successfully managing to meet all class size hiring targets, monthly/annual recruiter performance metrics
  • Experience proactively building candidate pipelines for upcoming high-volume classes, outreach accordingly
  • Experience as an inhouse recruiter, working closely with different stakeholder groups, primarily HRBAs, building consensus, and achieving behaviour change and acceptance of concepts, recommendations, ideas, and direction 

Added bonus if you have:

  • Hands-on experience with Phenom People, or another like CRM
  • Experience leveraging video interviewing
  • SPHR/PHR Certification
